The corporation was formed with the intention of creating a business plan which would allow ATRACS to market its tax collection system to tax authorities worldwide. Dr. Richard Golden, President / CEO

Dr. Golden has been an innovator, businessman, and dentist for over thirty years. He was the first dentist in Michigan to have branch offices, the first to computerize his offices, and the first dentist to offer a guarantee on his dental work. Dr. Golden is also the inventor of the patented information system utilized by ATRACS.

Lorne Shantz, Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Shantz has more than 15 years experience in the high-technology field, developing and implementing specialty software applications for companies such as IBM, Samsonite and Commerce Technology International. As VP of Business Development, Mr. Shantz oversees the development and implementation of ATRACS' proprietary tax collection / reporting system and related solutions.
